What changes
Set your weekly availability and the locations where you coach, and block time off when you travel. If you coach at more than one club, tell students where each lesson happens so they know where to show up. Students only see times you opened, and they book without waiting for you to reply.
Clinics are available on the Pro plan. Publish a doubles clinic or a junior group with a capacity limit and a waitlist, and let players sign up and pay.
Players pay online and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Cash payments can be recorded too. Packages and lesson subscriptions cover regular students, and email reminders go out before lessons. Your cancellation policy appears at booking, and students cannot cancel or reschedule through their account within 24 hours of a lesson, so last-minute changes come to you first.
On the Pro plan, you can define progress metrics for each player, like a skill you check every month, and show a parent or an adult student how they are trending. Build training programs with drills and videos for between lessons. Review a clip of a serve or a backhand with slow motion, drawing, and annotations, then send the feedback back.
Messages and parent and child accounts help here too. A parent managing two juniors can book, pay, and follow progress in the right place for each child.

Academies
Some of the people who search for tennis school software are coaches who started alone and now employ others. That is a different job from coaching, and the independent coach plans were not built for it.
CoachCore's Facility plan is. It lets an owner invite multiple coaches, set permissions for managers and staff, and create bookable spaces, including courts, with hourly rates, operating hours, and closures. A lesson assigned to a court is checked against that court's rentals, so a coach and a renter do not end up on the same court at the same time. Facilities can also sell memberships that include court time.
Two things to know. First, independent coach plans do not manage court inventory or rentals. Court inventory and rental scheduling belong to the Facility plan. Second, Facility pricing is separate: $150/month with five coaches included, $10/month for each additional coach, and $1,650/year if billed annually. Facility has its own payment terms, so the 0% commission wording on this page applies to independent coach plans only.
