CoachCore is working with a limited group of active coaching businesses to put the platform to work in real coaching operations, learn what matters most day to day, and show what it can do for a practice. In return, founding businesses get 60 days free and a founding rate that continues for as long as their qualifying subscription remains active.

How it works

From application to your first lesson booked.

  1. Apply. Tell us about your business. It takes a couple of minutes and needs no payment details.
  2. We review. We read every application personally and email you directly.
  3. Get set up. If you're accepted, we'll point you to the right CoachCore signup and apply your founding terms.

Trial terms

Plain terms, no surprises.

  • A payment method is required to activate the trial.
  • There is no subscription charge during the first 60 days.
  • Billing starts automatically at $50/month after your 60-day trial.
  • Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
  • The founding rate remains available while your qualifying subscription stays active. If you cancel, a new subscription is billed at the standard price.
  • Card processing fees from Stripe, our payment processor, are separate from your CoachCore subscription.
  • We email you before your trial ends. If a payment fails, we'll notify you to update your payment method, and access may be limited until it's resolved.
  • Applying does not create an account or start a trial. Founding spots are limited to 20 businesses in total, shared between independent coaches and facilities.
