The Futures App Pricing: What Does It Actually Cost?

If you are searching for The Futures App pricing, the first thing to know is that the official sources we reviewed do not clearly publish a standard monthly or annual software subscription price.

This page separates what is publicly disclosed from what is unclear, and then compares it with CoachCore's published Facility pricing. It does not estimate a total cost for The Futures App, because the inputs are not public.

Subscription price

What is publicly disclosed?

On the pages we reviewed (its homepage, Pricing page, booking page, Terms of Service, and news articles), The Futures App does not clearly publish a standard monthly or annual facility software subscription price. That is different from saying it has no subscription fee. Its Terms refer to fees set out in an Order Form, and its own article about Baseline refers to a SaaS fee without stating an amount.

Its Pricing page lists no prices. It is a price-match tool: you enter what you currently pay for your tools and payment processing, and the page advertises that it will beat your total, describing this as guaranteed. We could not find the terms of that guarantee, so we treat it as an offer to quote rather than a published price.

To get a number, you will likely need to request a demo or quote. Ask for the subscription, any setup fee, the contract length, and the exact transaction rate in writing.

Transaction fees

What does The Futures App charge per transaction?

The Futures App's own comparison article about Baseline, dated April 20, 2026, lists its rates as 4% + $0.70 or 4.9% + $0.70, next to Baseline's 3.9% + $2.79. The article does not explain which rate applies to which payment method, plan, or customer, so we do not assign either one to a situation.

That means the applicable rate is unclear from public sources. It also means a complete monthly cost cannot be calculated: the subscription is not disclosed, and the transaction rate is one of two. Its Terms add that fees may be modified on notice, so confirm the rate in your order form.

What the article does state clearly is the fixed component: $0.70 per transaction, compared with $2.79 for Baseline. A lower fixed amount matters most on small bookings.

CoachCore pricing

What does CoachCore's Facility plan cost?

$150/mo for the Facility plan, with 5 coaches included (the owner is not counted), and $10/mo for each additional coach. CoachCore adds no platform commission on transactions.

Third-party card processing still applies, but it is paid by the student: the fee is added to the student's total at checkout, so the facility receives the full price. It is calculated to cover Stripe's standard published rate for domestic cards, 2.9% + $0.30.

These are CoachCore's advertised prices. Your invoice, trial terms, and any later price changes are set in your account at checkout.

Who each platform is for

Which platform fits which facility?

The Futures App describes itself as built for youth and travel sports organizations, from a 200-family club to a single-sport training facility. It may be the stronger fit if you run team-based clubs, registration for seasons and camps, structured team communication, or want its player development tools and iOS app.

CoachCore's Facility plan is built around coach-led training businesses: several coaches with staff permissions, bookable spaces, memberships, waivers, and progress tracking and video analysis in one account, for a published flat price. It may fit better if you want to see the price and the no-commission structure before talking to sales.

Neither is universally better or cheaper. Because The Futures App's subscription is not public, the only way to compare cost is to get a written quote and set it against CoachCore's published numbers.

Questions

The Futures App pricing questions

How much does The Futures App cost?

We could not confirm either way from public pages. Its Terms refer to fees in an Order Form and its own article refers to a SaaS fee without an amount, but no standard price is published.

What are The Futures App's transaction fees?

An April 20, 2026 article on its website lists 4% + $0.70 or 4.9% + $0.70. It does not say which applies to which payment method, plan, or customer, so confirm your rate in writing.

What is The Futures App's price-match guarantee?

Its Pricing page lists no prices. It asks you to enter what you currently pay for tools and payment processing and advertises that it will beat your total, guaranteed. We could not find the terms of the guarantee, so treat it as an offer to quote rather than a published price.

What does CoachCore's Facility plan cost?
